GUTE GROUP
Compliance

Held to the standards our clients answer to.

GUTE GROUP operates across government procurement, international trade, and real estate — sectors where compliance failures carry real consequences. Here is how we hold every mandate to one standard.

Our compliance commitment

We hold every mandate to the same standard of integrity, transparency, and accountability, regardless of size or geography — whether we are representing a ministry, a multilateral institution, or an enterprise client.

Anti-bribery & anti-corruption

We maintain a zero-tolerance position on bribery, facilitation payments, and corruption in any form, across our own operations and every counterparty, supplier, and partner we engage.

Sanctions & counterparty screening

Every counterparty we engage — client, supplier, agent, or partner — is screened against applicable sanctions and politically exposed persons (PEP) lists before we transact with them.

Quality management

Our operations are aligned to ISO 9001 quality management principles, and our engagements are subject to independent annual audit.

Multilateral & development finance alignment

We structure donor-funded and multilateral-financed programmes in line with the procurement rules of institutions such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank (AfDB), and align our documentation accordingly.

Ethical sourcing & trade compliance

Our import & export and general trading operations follow HS classification, certificate-of-origin, and pre-shipment inspection protocols, and we decline to handle goods that fall outside applicable export-control and licensing regimes.
